I spent my first 23 years as an adult serving the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller; one of the most difficult career fields to succeed in.  I’ve led teams around the world and was able to achieve the top enlisted rank in the USAF; an accomplishment reserved for only 1% of the enlisted force.  I’m now using the organizational skills and leadership lessons from the military to navigate difficult scenarios, stressful situations, and crucial conversations.
